The management system certificate is valid for up to three years, subject to a surveillance audit at least once a year.

Upon receipt of the certificate, the client with a certified management system has the right to use the conformity mark after concluding an agreement.

A sample of the conformity mark is provided by the OC. The size and design of the mark are determined by the client, but must be clear and contrasting. The mark may be used together with the organization's logo, but not smaller than it in size.

It is forbidden to use the certificate and the conformity mark of the management system certification: - for advertising or claims that are misleading about the scope and limits of certification; - in a way that creates a false impression about the certification of products or services, and not the management system; - in ways that may discredit the OC. The mark may not be placed on the product or primary packaging. The use of the mark without concluding an agreement or creating an imitation of the mark is prohibited.

Do not use the certificate in case of expiration, cancellation or suspension of the certificate. Upon cancellation of the certificate or a change in the scope of certification, it is necessary to stop using the conformity mark and advertising material that contains a reference to the certification.
